Jana Hellbusch Memorial Service

We are saddened at the passing of our beloved friend and Heart of Texas Chamber Board Member, Jana Hellbusch. She was a dedicated member of this chamber, and her community.

Jana is survived by her husband, Robert Hellbusch, her two children Jeffrey and Monica Poss, her sister Diana Fink, and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Friday, Jan. 13, 2023, at 11 a.m. at The Gathering, 287 FM 20, Bastrop.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to one of the organizations mentioned above. It would delight Jana to know she is still serving these communities even after she has been welcomed into God’s embrace.

For those of you who cannot attend the services, the services will be livestreamed:

Unexpected Angel

If you needed a shoulder or a non-judgemental ear, She was happy to lend them to anyone who was near. Hey smile was infectious and her gentle laugh so pure, If sadness was an illness, then she would surely be the cure.

Heaven got an angel unexpectedly.

Her time here on earth shorter than it was supposed to be. There were still so many things I wanted her here to do with me. But heaven got an angel unexpectedly.

Maybe God needed a helper that loved as pure as she, Someone to help the angels make the roses bloom so sweet. I’ll try to understand but I wish it didn’t have to be this way, I’ll never find a better friend than the one that went away.

Heaven got an angel unexpectedly. Her time here on earth shorter than it was supposed to be. There were still so many things I wanted her here to do with me But heaven got an angel unexpectedly.

Written for my dear friend, Jana. I will Miss you all the days of my life. - T.J. Finn
